Last week was the "Dead Banker Bounce." Market ralleyed hard mostly on short covering and hopes that the Govie can put the"Humptey SIVs" back together again. In my opinion the more the Fed meddles,the worse it will be and the longer it will take.The government doesn't hold the solution it is in fact the problem. Don't know when but my new Dow target is 11,657!
